Inhale Capital provided a £980,000 bridging loan to refinance and support the expansion of a hospitality and events venue in Norfolk. The funding enabled the borrower to release equity, consolidate existing debt, and invest in future growth. The loan was secured against a substantial barn conversion set within 20 acres, which operates as a holiday let and wedding venue.

The deal was completed using a flexible structure and an in-house valuation, facilitating a streamlined process and a swift turnaround to meet tight deadlines.
