Meet The Team

Rob is our CEO, a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over three decades of experience in the property and finance industry.

Before establishing Inhale Capital, Rob held the position of Managing Director at a new entrant in the lending industry. Prior to that role, he was the Head of Specialist Lending at a one of the largest bridging lenders in the UK, and before that, he ran his own Property Investment business for 12 years.

Beyond his professional achievements, our CEO leads a diverse life outside the boardroom. A husband and proud father of 3, a lead singer in a band, a lifelong supporter of Manchester United and a keen marathon runner and fundraiser for The Christie Hospital in Manchester.

Rob is a global real estate investment, management, and development professional with 30 years of experience. He has managed and invested over €50 billion across various jurisdictions including the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Nordics, APAC, and North America. His expertise spans a wide range of asset classes such as office, logistics, industrial, residential, care homes, student accommodation, BTR, and hotels.

Rob recently served as the Global Head of Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate from June 2022 to November 2023, managing CHF 43 billion AUM. He previously founded and grew the EQT Real Estate platform to €11.5 billion AUM in six years from January 2015 to December 2021 and executed the largest investment transaction in CSAM GRE’s history with the $830m acquisition of The Diplomat Hotel, Florida. Robert’s career also includes helping to create and grow a number of real estate investment platforms and senior institutional roles at global development companies such as Hines.

Rebecca is a CIMA-qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience spanning all aspects of finance and treasury management. She has worked across a range of sectors, including energy, renewables, and steel manufacturing, before moving into financial services as Finance Director at an FCA-regulated lending and credit management business.
 
Outside of work, Rebecca prioritises spending time with her young family. She is a keen runner who has competed in several running events and triathlons over the years. She also serves as a trustee for the Little Green Sock Project, a local children’s poverty alleviation charity, a role she has proudly held for the past three years.

Gordon is the Sales Director within Inhale Capital
 
He has 30 years experience in the finance industry, spending 22 years at RBS before holding a number of roles in the property finance sector, covering, bridging, commercial lending, owner occupied and investment transactions
 
Gordon has various banking qualifications, and also holds full CEMAP certification
 
Outside of the day to day work life Gordon is a proud Father of 2 teenage boys and a Manchester City season ticket holder for 40 years. He enjoys the odd round of golf and, until recently, coached his youngest sons football team in Timperley for 7 years

Ethan graduated with a 2:1 from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Environment and Business before spending 3 years undertaking various roles at Together Commercial Finance. Outside of his interests in Excel & PowerPoint, though we may not agree on his choice, Ethan is an avid Man City supporter as well as playing Sunday league football and Padel tennis in his spare time.

Meet Angie, the epitome of organisation as the office manager at Inhale Capital. With a keen eye for detail and a love of fashion, Angie ensures that everything is perfectly in place at all times. After graduating with a 2:1 In Fashion & Marketing from Manchester University, Angie spent many years working in advertising and marketing and as PA to the Managing Director of a luxury travel business. Most recently she set up a bespoke sweet business providing sweet boxes to homes and business across the UK. When she’s not coordinating schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time, you can find her in a Reformer Pilates class. Angie’s dedication to keeping everything just right makes her an invaluable asset to the team, making sure that Inhale Capital runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

Tom is a recent graduate from the University of Bristol. He graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management. Whilst at University Tom worked for a marquee company that most notably built the marquee for The Great British Bake Off. Having recently returned to the UK from a seven month trip around Asia and Oceania, Tom adds some much needed culture and vitamin D to the office. Outside of work Tom enjoys all things sport, primarily rugby, golf and Manchester United.

After graduating from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 in Economics and Geography, Isabelle swapped rain for sunshine and headed to Barcelona to complete an MBA, soaking up the city’s culture — and of course, some tapas and sangria along the way. Whilst balancing her studies, she gained hands-on experience working for a large events company, where she honed her skills in organising memorable events, collaborating with clients, and thriving as part of a lively international team. Outside of work, Isabelle loves exploring vintage shops for hidden gems and giving back to the community by volunteering at a soup kitchen in Manchester city centre.

Lenny is a dedicated companion who never barks but always brings a sense of calm to the workplace. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner time, you can count on Lenny to be faithfully by your side. With his gentle presence and soothing demeanour, Lenny is an indispensable member of the office team, bringing joy to all who have the pleasure of working alongside him.
